My aim is to offer massage treatments that are both relaxing and effective at keeping muscular tension in the body at bay, helping to bring balance. I work with a holistic approach, considering the many factors that impact on your health and offer aftercare advice where appropriate. I like to work in partnership with my clients, especially those managing pain and chronic conditions, encouraging feedback to help monitor progress as we work together and offering advice to keep in mind between sessions too.
I view massage (alongside things like yoga and meditation) as forms of supportive healthcare and ways to provide regular maintenance for the mind and body. Whether it’s a stiff neck, tight shoulders, achey pregnancy hips, menstrual issues, managing stress, anxiety, depression or taking time to relax and recover after birth - I hope to be able to help you feel better and more like yourself!
Women’s Wellness
I am passionate about women's health issues and enjoy specialising in this area, offering massage and wellness advice to help support women during the various life stages. Historically, woman haven’t been able to prioritise themselves enough (not to mention the lack of medical research/data gap when it comes to women’s health issues!) and I have seen this in both my Nana’s and Mum’s generations. I enjoy providing a relaxing, therapeutic space and signposting relevant resources and advice to help empower clients with their own health.
