Cancellation Policy

I require 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments to allow time for another client to fill the slot. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will incur a charge for the treatment in full (£50, 60 min / £70, 90 min or Gift Voucher redeemed). I now take card details when bookings are made to safeguard this policy.

Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule may be charged and future bookings taken at my discretion.

I send 2 x reminder emails 3 days and 24 hours before your appointment (please note no texts are sent out) so please keep an eye out for these.
